Your account
We use your contact details and profile preferences so you can sign in, use your account and receive important messages about your lessons. Your phone number is verified before you publish as a tutor.
Lessons and messages
Your messages, bookings, appointments and feedback help you and your tutor arrange and complete lessons. The people involved can see their shared bookings and conversations. If you report a problem, we use the information needed to handle your request.
What others can see
When you publish a tutor profile, others can see your profile, listings, photo and published reviews and recommendations. Only upload content you want to share for this purpose. Qualification documents are not public.
Payments and notifications
We use specialist services for payments, payouts, phone verification and email delivery. They receive the information needed to provide the relevant service. You enter bank and card details with the payment service.
Your settings and rights
You can change your profile details and notifications in settings. You can request access to your personal information, corrections or deletion. Information may still be needed for bookings, payments and unresolved concerns.
Website usage
We use Vercel Analytics to understand visits to public pages and improve the website. Account pages, messages, payments and personal recommendation links are excluded. Search terms and other additions to page addresses are removed before sending.
